- In 2003. was founded Ltd "Namu apsaimniekotājs" with an aim to carry out qualitative residential house and commercial object and their adjacent territory management, improvement, technical condition improvement and utility cost reduction. Currently, we manage new and Soviet-era apartment houses and row houses, as well as a variety of commercial complexes in Riga and Riga region.
